Your Health. Your Life. Your Network.

Connecting the Black Community to Quality Care.

The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN), a program of the National Center for Children and Families (NCCF), is a person centered and culturally specific, healthcare, education, and outreach response which fosters integrated wellness and optimal health in Montgomery County’s Black community.

In Montgomery County and the U.S., African Americans have the lowest health status compared to other racial/ethnic groups. The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN) works to close this disparity by providing critical health and wellness services, helping African Americans thrive in all aspects of their lives.
